Maintenance of a conservatory largely depends on the conservatory material. Depending on how prepared you are about the maintenance responsibility you should make the material choice. For instance aluminum gutters are easier to maintain as compared to plastic, you have self-cleaning glass options, painted woodwork versus non wood etc.

Warranties
This is an important consideration. Manufacturer warranties are important should anything get damaged or in case you are facing quality issues.
